Allow us to introduce ourselves: a lovely bunch

Of course, we could write a long text about why we are the best and why our hotel is the most beautiful. But we would like to spare you all that. Why? Because we would rather tell it to you straight! We are a family business, a colourful bunch – not perfect, but genuine. A sense of humanity is very important to us. Even if something goes wrong: we keep on smiling and just carry on. With a lot of love and plenty of passion.

Who are “WE” actually?

The Kiniger family, of course: father Anton and his daughters Luisa and Anna, the good souls of the house. Don’t be surprised if you find us at the reception, in the dining room and in the kitchen. Our workplace is constantly changing because we love sticking our noses in everywhere – so we never get bored.

Anything else…?

Our mum can also be found in the hotel from time to time – she runs the Kiniger Bed & Breakfast next door together with her sister-in-law Maria and diligently helps out on her grandparents’ farm … and because every hand to help counts, there are often many other hard-working helpers at work here. Our aunts, for example, love to plant, weed the garden and lovingly decorate the house. Everyone at Hotel Willy contributes their share to the daily holiday enjoyment in South Tyrol.

Once upon a time…

… in the not-so-distant year of 1975, our uncle Willy built a small inn on a meadow in the middle of the Sesto mountains with a lot of love and skill. Over time, the inn from back then became the Hotel Willy as we know it today: completely renovated and with every feel-good comfort factor to relax in a family atmosphere.

The place with charisma

A small retreat from our fast-moving world. A place of empowerment that gives courage and refuge. In 2013 we built a small chapel right next to our house. A place of tranquillity for all, and at the same time an atmospheric place with a magical attraction.

Frolicking, laughing, having fun

Children are VERY welcome here. Together with their siblings, parents, grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles and everyone else who makes up the family. There’s plenty of room for everyone in our playground and children’s playroom. As well as on the Waldheim ski piste. Ideal conditions for an unforgettable holiday for all generations in the South Tyrolean mountains.

Sun terrace & pond

There is also plenty to discover outside the hotel. From our sun terrace you have a direct view of the Sesto sundial. In summer you can watch the farmers harvesting hay, and some mornings you can even see deer in the middle of the meadows. Sounds tempting? And there is more, because we haven’t mentioned our pond. It is located next to the hotel garden and invites you to stop and relax. A place for all living beings, connected in the near-natural concept of biodiversity.
