The prices shown are per person and night, including breakfast. In addition to the overnight price, a local tax of 1.35 euros per person per day (from 14 years of age) will be charged at the end of your stay.

Bill payment options
The hotel bill can be settled in cash and by cheque. It is important to note the maximum limit for cash payments permitted in Italy.

Booking
In order to make the reservation of a room binding, we ask you for a written confirmation via email and a short telephone consultation.

Cancellation conditions (according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code)

• Cancellation free of charge is possible up to two months before the start of the trip.
• For cancellations from two months to 31 days before arrival, 50% of the booking value is due.
• In the case of cancellations less than 31 days before arrival, early departure, late arrival or non-arrival, we reserve the right to withhold 100% of the booking value.

Holiday cancellation insurance
As unfortunately something can come up unexpectedly, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance as part of your booking.

  Even though we love dogs and other pets very much, they are unfortunately not allowed inside our house. We ask for your understanding.

  Smoking is not permitted indoors, we ask you to smoke in the outdoor area.
