The hotel bill can be paid in cash, by cheque, debit card or credit card (with the exception of American Express and Diners Club). Please note the maximum limit for cash payments allowed in Italy.

Discounts and surcharges

• Children’s discounts (when staying in the parents’ room)
  • in a triple room: -30% (3rd bed)
  • in a quadruple room: -30% (3rd bed), -40 % (4th bed)

• Discount for room with breakfast without dinner: -10.00 euros
• For stays of less than 4 nights: surcharge of 5.00 euros
• For each additional person in the room: surcharge of 20.00 euros

Booking

To reserve a room, we ask you to send us a written confirmation via e-mail, post or fax.

Cancellation conditions
(according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code)

• Cancellation free of charge is possible up to two months before the start of the trip.
• For cancellations from two months to 31 days before arrival, 50% of the booking value is due.
• In the case of cancellations less than 31 days before arrival, early departure, late arrival or non-arrival, we reserve the right to withhold 100% of the booking value.

In order to be well prepared for every eventuality, we recommend that you take our travel cancellation insurance.

  Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel, we ask for your understanding.
