To reserve a room, we ask you to send us a written confirmation via e-mail, post or fax.

Cancellation conditions
(according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code)

• Cancellation free of charge is possible up to two months before the start of the trip.
• For cancellations from two months to 31 days before arrival, 50% of the booking value is due.
• In the case of cancellations less than 31 days before arrival, early departure, late arrival or non-arrival, we reserve the right to withhold 100% of the booking value.
